I would wholeheartedly recommend Michaels if you wish to sell your property. They were professional and efficient from Day One through to completion. They took some excellent photographs which showed off my property well and wrote an accurate summary of its particulars. They were happy to negotiate an acceptable fee ,and they worked hard throughout the process, hosting many viewings which led to us securing several offers. Michael and his team have just been amazing ! Always quick to respond to questions, if he misses your call, you'd get one back in less than 10mins...He has been absolutely brilliant! Michael handled the negotiation discussions with the sellers and also helped keep tabs on the solicitors, surveyors and everything else to keep things moving (even while we are away on holiday!) and we were able to get everything done from making an offer to exchanging contracts in record time (5 weeks!) !
Don't think we'd be moving from this new house anytime soon, but if/when we do, I'd be calling on Michael to sell my house! I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting professional service.

Purchased a property through Michaels and they were fabulous from beginning to end. Our purchase was very complicated and took 8 months ( no fault of Michaels ) and they chased daily for us and did everything they could to get everything done as quickly as possible, keeping us informed along the way. I would very much recommend Michael’s. They were prompt and responded quickly to my emails and calls. I was impressed by the quality of the photos and how well they listened to me talk about our house. They were very proactive in sending in potential buyers. My experience with them was very positive and really don’t have any criticism.
