We recently purchased our new home through Colman and Co. I can not recommend Simon and his team enough. When we first looked round the house Simon was knowledgable about the house and showed us the key points and let us look round without any of the pushy nonsense you get from some estate agents. Once we got to the stage where we had our offer accepted Simon was the other end of the phone on an almost daily basis keeping us updated and also going way above and beyond to be in constant contact with what seemed like the whole chain. How he managed to keep everything moving despite our buyers solicitors being a complete waste of time (Premier Property). Thankyou so much Simon I can't sing yours and your wifes praises enough.
