I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at The property centre. A thoroughly professional and friendly service from start to finish. Crystal their mortgage advisor was also fantastic, speedily securing us our mortgage offer.
The attention to detail with the marketing was fantastic, as well as always being kept upto date with regards to viewings and offers by Manager James. A special mention to Jennie who worked tirelessly to complete us as soon as possible to finally get us into our new home. We cannot fault our experience, the whole team made its as stress free as possible and i would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

We were greeted with warmth and genuine charm each time we popped into the office or arranged a visit to our new house. The whole team clearly worked well together and we were struck by the real spirit of wanting to help us through every stage. When we visited the property prior to purchase, the rep was always on time and smartly turned out, and yet never gave any impression of rushing us. Instead they stood discreetly in the background while we looked around, but at the same time always at hand to answer any small question. There was never any pressure, just a clear desire to make a positive and lasting impression - which they did.

I highly recommend The Property Centre in St Johns. The staff offer a very high standard of service and support throughout the selling process. At every stage there is someone who will offer help and advice. Once a sale has been secured Sales Progression takes over and you are kept informed of how your chain is proceeding. You are never made to feel that any concerns which you have are too trivial. Jennie was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Being young first time buyers we needed somebody to tell us everything straight to the point and answer all our silly questions! Jennie was always at the end of a phone call or email to reassure us and inform us of everything and made the entire process a lot more stress free than we had imagined it would be! She is a real asset to The Property Centre St John’s and I hope her passion and enthusiasm is recognised by all. When we went to collect the keys on completion day, the entire team were so warm and friendly and welcoming - a lovely branch with such lovely members of the team. Over the years I have personally both bought and sold property through The Property Centre. I have always found them to be professional and efficient. I have recently had do deal with the sale of my mother's property following her death. This has been a very distressing time for me and my family. Josh and Jennie have held my hand during this difficult time. The whole team at the St Johns office have been amazing from start to finish. I think over the course of my sale I've interacted with all of them at one stage or another, and all of them have been nothing but friendly and professional. The sale has unfortunately been complicated in places but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving and despite complications outside of their control.
