I spent weeks looking for places to rent and went through different Estate Agents. I noticed Connells responded quickly to any questions I had and they are very professional. I had a great experience with Connells Estate Agents. Beccy was very nice and helpful. Helped me sorted out many things in short period of time.

I experienced excellent customer service from Connells of Leamington Spa.

I am buying a property & had an appointment there at 5:30 pm with a representative from Connells (Honor.) We were being joined by a heating engineer who needed access to the property to quote for some work. I arrived at the property at 5:15 pm & received a call from the engineer saying that he would be delayed until 5.55pm. I said that we would have to rearrange as the estate agent's appointment was at 5.30pm.

Honor overheard this conversation & (even though it was her last appointment of the day) insisted that it would not be a problem for her to wait until 5.55pm. The heating engineer turned up at 5.55 & we all left at approximately 6.15pm. We both thanked Honor for her understanding.

This excellent level of customer service should I feel be acknowledged; hence this review.

We finally did it!!
We would like to thank Lucy as she has been really helpful and understanding to us. Our buying process has been quite long and we have faced so many difficulties with the solicitors. However, Lucy was always there for us. She chased our solicitors every day and engaged the Connells team to make the process faster for us.
We are sure that without Lucy's help, diligence and resilience we would still be waiting to close a ton of enquiries. Additionally but not less important, she was very understanding of our personal situation and our urgency to move from our rental.

We really appreciate Lucy's work on our process and we would highly recommend working with her.

I wouldn’t recommend. We have sold with Connells but had to reduce the price significantly as it was over valued by £15k. You speak to different people every time you call the office and I generally felt like they were more interested in looking after the buyer than me.

Connells made the whole process very easy and straightforward. Connells' staff members are welcoming and helpful. We were mostly interacting with Mr. Shaun about the process. Sometimes even we went to see him without an appointment and he happily helped us.

We received outstanding service from Connells and felt we were in very professional and safe hands throughout the letting process. In the early stages of considering various agents, Heather was always on hand to give sound and detailed advice, without being too pushy. Heather kept in regular touch (while we were purchasing a property) but without commitment from us, and it was this that helped Connells stand out from the crowd. Leanne took us through the entire letting process, which has changed dramatically over the years. The pace was fast & at times difficult to keep up with, but successful letting was always the goal and this was handled with the utmost professionalism. Last but by no means least was Charlotte who did the viewings. Again, we were met by someone with professional confidence and a very friendly manner. She was always respectful of potential tenants and of the property itself. Thank you Connells for a great service!

Connells in Leamington Spa we’re absolutely brilliant. From the very beginning I felt I could trust them. Things got very difficult with the conveyancing towards the end but they were on the case all the time and kept the chain informed of progress.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
