A true 5-star service level. We have recently chosen to rent a property through Handles Leamington, with everything being dealt with expertly by Marc Martin. Marc helped liaise with the landlord on questions before agreeing to take the property, whilst administering the set-up of the tenancy and he has been keen to ensure we are happy now that we are settled into our new home.
Nothing was too much trouble - Marc even responded to our questions outside working hours and on his day off!

Would recommend Handles in a heartbeat. Faultless.

We used Handles to sell our house. Mark came round and did a fantastic job of talking us through things, getting the pictures taken (which also included 360 degree pictures of all the rooms and a funky tool that lets potential buyers measuring out spaces in the same picture), and getting it listed.

With all the viewings that were arranged, he confirmed the times with us to make sure it wasn't going to cause us a problem while we were working from home, and he showed them around himself as well.

Start to finish we dealt with Mark and only got passed to another agent when Mark was on holiday, so having just one person to talk to was fantastic.

I also have to say that our onward purchase was painfully difficult, but Mark did his absolute best to push things through. Considering his main focus was on selling our property, I'm pretty sure he ended up managing most of the entire chain!
