I recently used Bridges to help sell my mum's house. Dale and his team did a really good job putting a list of possible buyers together, arranging viewings and then finding me the one buyer all very efficiently. I think that they were very professional and we achieved a good price for the house in a short period of time. I was very happy and, as a probate sale, I also appreciated Dale's sensitivity and patience too.

As a final point, the solicitors that they pointed me towards were actually very efficient too, so the whole house selling process was de-stressed as much as possible from my perspective.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Fleet area, based upon my experience.

I have recently worked with Bridges Fleet branch for the second time; having purchased with them in 2019 and after such a good experience the first time around, I was only ever going to contact them when it came to my sale.

Dale and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, yet again. We had found something that we wanted to purchase and even though that didn't end up working out, the team worked incredibly swiftly to try and help us speed up the chain. Dale valued the property, Amy came round to take photos and Amy and Grace launched in to numerous viewings, all in the space of a week. The ladies worked extremely, extremely hard on subsequent viewings, with goodness knows how many taking place over the 6-8 weeks it was on the market.

All viewings were booked and confirmed with us, with access instructions followed at all times and the utmost care taken for our property and animals, with the team taking their shoes off to walk around and show prospective buyers. Feedback was always very timely and when we ultimately found the buyer that we are about to exchange with, negotiations were swift and hassle-free. I only wish they had been as easy with the onward purchase with a different estate agents..... which Dale has also stepped in to in order to help move the process along.

Selling your home can be incredibly stressful, but it was made as stress-free as possible by the amazing team at Bridges Fleet, who are respectful, honest and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to both sellers and buyers alike.

He had a thorough grasp of the practical and legal details of the conveyancing process, and about how long it was likely to take. We really appreciated his tact and patience during what is always a stressful transaction for both sellers & buyers – not to mention agents. If only all agents could achieve this standard of service.

Bridges in Fleet have been professional and helpful throughout the sales of my Mum's property. They kept me informed on a regular basis.
