I was recommended Robinson Jackson to sell my mother’s house when she passed away. It was an old house in terrible condition and I wasn’t confident it would sell for a good price. RJ agent was friendly, helpful, understanding, flexible and encouraging.
Everything was done, not only to sell it, but to advise and help me. I live 200 miles away so they supported & helped me and kept me regularly updated.
All in all despite some initial issues because of the condition of the house, they got me a far better price than I’d expected and made the whole process as easy as possible.

Just a quick thanks to all of the hard-working team at Robinson Jackson. After what was a very stressful and long move (my estate agent and all of the solicitors unable to manage simple communications) Robinson Jackson were the only team that were able to stay on top of things. I wish we had used these guys as our estate agents but buying through them was a blessing. Special thanks go to Carol as she was amazing.

Highly recommend the Robinson & Jackson Dartford team. They stayed in constant communication with us throughout our sale & purchase. When things seemed to come to a standstill with solicitors etc the progression team really came into force. Carol worked on our behalf and what a amazing part she played. Carol really brought everything together and pushed our completion date along. Always ringing with updates and happy to answer any queries and emails were answered promptly. We will definitely be using this team in the future.

Having originally used and internet sales company, we had no other alternative to say to switch to Robinson Jackson but I can honestly say it was a huge relief when we did. Prior to change I think the only person who seemed to be helping was Katy (despite not even working on my behalf).
