Had booked a property viewing for a Saturday so my husband could view with me. Contacted at 8:30am the morning of the viewing, estate agent wanted to cancel because the office hadn't looked at her diary, she had some viewings across the road at that same time. No apology for the cancellation. Was very rude about trying to rearrange, just dismissed us because she'd been told we hadn't sold our property yet. Put me completely off dealing with them.
