Connells Estate Agents Ashford

I recently moved from London to Ashford and Connells was the estate agent we were purchasing through. I'm so grateful to the team there as they gave me more help and support than my own estate agents in London! I mainly dealt with Nathan, Tracey and Curtis who were all very helpful but every one I spoke to from the office was friendly, helpful and always passed messages on. Nathan especially was my go to man, I probably drove him crazy at times but it really made a difference knowing I could give him a call and feel like he would actually listen and try to help rather than fob me off! I don't plan on moving again for a very long time but if I was going to move tomorrow I would definitely get Nathan and his team to help me!

Let us start off by saying that our experience of buying our first home together couldn’t have been worse frankly. We were in a chain of four and the whole process in total took eight months. I solely blame this on poor solicitors and estate agents. This being said Connells was the exception to this. We both found them to be very good and professional. Tracey Keithson, the sales progressor, was amazing. Tracey kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and whilst being very professional also added a personal touch showing care and empathy to our situation. Had it not been for her consistent perseverance I honestly doubt that we would now have a completion date for our new property or we would have just pulled out entirely. Tracey is an asset to Connells and we thank her for her help.
I would 100% use Connells in the future to either buy or sell.
I would NOT however use their recommended solicitors ‘Davisons’ absolutely terrible - find your own.

Tried contacting as very interested in two properties listed for same with Connells …Two emails, an online enquiry a phone call and a promise of a call back and we have still heard nothing back from anyone. It’s like they genuinely do not want to sell the house!? If I was a seller with my house listed with them; I would be very concerned about how they are handling the interest on my property! Unprofessional

I'm a first time buyer and didn't know much about buying a house, so I've decided to get some professional help from a mortgage advisor.
I've chose Connells agency and there adviser Wendy Rolfe which was a great choice.
She have been very helpful with absolutely everything from beginning, getting the best mortgage option from the bank, then helping with all documents which was needed,

I'd like to personally thank Wendy Rolfe: as first time buyers we were unsure of the processes and asked many 'stupid' questions. Wendy was nothing but fantastic - we felt like she went above and beyond in providing us with her mortgage services.

Provided frequent updates, was very responsive to emails and even sent us a card when we moved in! (This was on top of submitting our mortgage application too!)

10/10 would recommend.

I spoke to Izzy from Ashford who was super helpful & very easy to talk to. She arranged a mortgage appointment for me to help understand where to go with my search & answered all my questions accordingly. She was beyond helpful throughout the whole process.

Called to ask for some advice as am looking to buy! Spoke to a lovely girl called Leah! super helpful and did her best gave loads of tips of what to look out for and what to expect in case sellers want guarantors or proof of income!!
