We recently sold through Wards and they were absolutely brilliant from the first call through to completion. We had a few valuations with a few different agents and Wards were simply leagues ahead of the rest, Holly was excellent, she took time to understand our situation, our home and she made the entire process easy and fast. Everyone we dealt with at Wards were friendly and helpful. We had 5 offers on the first day of viewings, 3 of which were over asking price. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Wards.

I recently used Wards Maidstone branch to sell my flat in Maidstone.
The team dealt with the marketing aspect efficiently and we received an offer quite quickly.
Where the team really came into their own was during the long and protracted transaction. It has taken nearly 6 months from the date of offer to exchange and complete and there have been many occasions where I have needed the team to chase and to help keep things moving. Every person in the team has been a pleasure to deal with, dealing with my enquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism. Had a fantastic experience with Mark and the team at Ward & Partners. We sold our apartment with them and it was a really professional, quick and efficient process. They spent an hour plus with us taking high quality photos of the flat, which were listed online very quickly after. We decided to sell our house through Wards after having a number of estate agents visit and price our property. By far, Holly was the most professional, down to earth and informative of the estate agents, so it was an easy decision to make. Our chain was not the easiest or straightforward, but the support from everyone at Wards, and especially Caleb who made it his mission to ensure our move went smoothly, was very much appreciated. Without his continued chasing of solicitors and other parts of the chain, his advice and reassurance when things didn’t seem to be moving forward, and his enthusiasm and positivity to keep us believing we were doing the right thing, was very much needed. I recently used Wards in Maidstone to sell a property. They were fantastic from start to finish. Daniel and the team were proactive with marketing the property, finding potential buyers - not easy in today's climate - and following up and sorting out the serious from the time wasters. No enquiry or request from my side was too much for them to manage and their general level of responsiveness was terrific and greatly appreciated. Steve was excellent, kept us updated on all the aspects of the process that the agency took part on and was always available to discuss and help with everything we needed.
Richard also helped on the process of the purchase and was great, even though we communicated more with Steve.
The only reason why I am leaving a 4-star review is because we were told the heating of the house was gas, it turns out it is energy. That would not have made us not buy the house, as there is gas in the house and the heating system can be changed; however it would have been better if the agent had a more accurate answer when presenting the house.
Other that that, great service, would recommend!
