A special mention to Leah (such a sweetheart) who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property! She was always willing to answer all my questions and continuously supported us throughout our search. Highly recommend Beth, our mortgage advisor, who was extremely knowledgeable and guided us flawlessly through the whole process. After contacting Connells online, they very quickly introduced me to the Park Farm Ashford team. I met the manager Raife at my property, who gave me the best advice on selling an empty property. We went to auction!

We were looking to move back to Kent from Dorset. I was already local when my wife rang me to say a beautiful property had gone online.
I contacted Connells by phone. Other companies barely answer the phone and their representatives either take 2 days to get back to you or don't bother. Connells were extremely friendly and accommodating, the phone was answered promptly and they sounded interested in helping. When I came into the branch they went above and beyond for me.

Even though they were noticeably really busy, Jan understood that I needed to see the property that day, and Hannah arranged the viewing for me that afternoon.

Just wow! Usually you're given all the reason that you HAVE to do a certain time with no wiggle room, these ladies made my life easy, at a stressful time they were a welcome breath of fresh air. They instantly understood my needs and exceeded my expectations in solving the problem for me.
The show round was professional and punctual, with the house being really nice.

Since then it has been seamless and easy (not my normal experience).

Hannah has kept me appraised throughout and told me exactly what was needed and by when. This has enabled us to relax and focus on moving rather than worrying what might go wrong.

We are due to move into our new property in 30 days and I am extremely thankful for the professionalism and high levels of customers service given by the specific ladies I've had contact with.

I would highly recommend them, and they would easily be my first choice before I contacted anyone else. Seriously night and day in terms of service, really really good. A++

We bought our first home recently and overall Connells have been very helpful. Their Sales progressor Tracey was incredible, 5 star service, she chased everything, was very proactive, every-time I had a question she responded quickly and definitely helped speed up our process for which we are so grateful. We had a rocky start due to lack of communication which is the only thing that stopped this review being 5stars but after contacting the area manager I was helped and everyone has been amazing. The sales team were very friendly and everyone happy to help including the store manager. Our mortgage advisor Beth has also been absolutely incredible throughout this experience, always happy to help and very proactive even to the point where she offered to reply to questions while on holiday if we were worried about anything, she really went above and beyond as well and couldn’t recommend her more. Overall we are happy with our Connells experience despite the little delay at the start which employees worked really hard to rectify. We would use them again for sure!
