I have called this agency as I was looking to buy a property, and what can I say? They are amazing. Sayde has been fantastic with us, trying to help us as much as he could. He has been friendly and gave us a lot of explanation and important advices. He managed to find us a property within one week. He also helped me to get all the financial advices through Richard, a brilliant mortgage broker that works in cooperation with the agency. I would like to recommend also David and Kevin from the Worthing branch. They have all been great and always available to help us and promptly update us. Good job!!

Sayde has been a very friendly, helpful and supportive estate agent to us as first time buyers. Sayde and team have constantly communicated updates along the way, answered any questions we may have and have continued to make our first buying experience enjoyable and stress free. We have just sold our home through the west Worthing Cubitt and West office.
I must say we were so very impressed with the service we have been given. Kevin the manager is very impressive, but a special mention goes to Sayde, he managed to get us over our asking price and was always there is we needed anything, the sale only took 11 weeks from sale agreed to completion. I bought a property through cubitt and west last year. It is safe to say moving forward if I wanted to move I would not consider using this branch again. Mel’s customer service was horrendous to say the least. Every time I spoke to her she was extremely patronising and acted as if I was asking her to move mountains, when I was enquiring about simple things throughout this very stressful process. This was my first purchase which was supposed to be an exciting process, Mel made it impossible to enjoy any part of this. I dreaded having to call the office as I knew I was going to met with a bad attitude and lack of information. I can not explain how unwelcome I felt and how disappointed I was with the process. Even from the very first call when she was questioning my age and whether I actually had a deposit, it was a disgrace. I saw that Mel had a number of awards in the window and quite frankly if the level of service I received is her standard, then I’m baffled on how she managed that.

I recently moved out of London and decided to move down to the South Coast. I registered with Sayde at Cubitt & West from the Worthing branch, and he was brilliant at helping me with my property search. Sayde was very informative and knowledgable and gave me some excellent advice about the local area. I ended up renting in the end and not buying, but I will certainly be using his services again when I am ready to buy.

My wife and I recently purchased a property via Cubitt & West Estate Agents. The service that we received from the Sales Manager Sayde Chowdhury has been exemplary throughout. He has been in regular communication with us throughout the process enabling us to secure our ideal property relatively stress-free.

The selection of properties is close to my liking, as for their recommendations through the email service is very close to what I am looking for, in other words the staff is quite perceptive to clients’ needs.

Friendly, flexible and very helpful staff. One doesn’t feel under pressure while viewing property and the staff makes every effort to feel at ease. Although this review is for viewing service and I am pretty sure they will get me the same service if buying a property.

I feel I should give credit for the very good customer-focus service to individual staff in particular Ms Kate Hart and Mr John Dale.
