We rented a house with Next Home and we are very pleased. They were open to negotiating some terms, were willing to repair the house when requested and sent us a series of reports proving the safety of living in this house. I strongly recommend renting with them.

I attended a viewing yesterday and I was really happy to meet Shaniece who was very kind and helpful showing me properties and explaining everything.

Earlier this late September I had to urgently moved out of my house, Glen helped me moved out as fast as 2, 3 working days! I received great and immediate response! Professionalism and very friendly gentleman! Im please that Glen made this moved smoothed and easy! He made sure all my needs are met! I had a good experience!!:)

Honestly, couldn't post this review with zero stars. The worst letting agents I have ever come across, surprised how they are still in business. Rented an apartment through them in Canary Wharf and had lots of issues before moving in. After moving in, wasn't provided a bed and mattress as was discussed and agreed before even signing the contract. Had to sleep on the floor for over a week until I finally got a bed, which I had to go buy and assemble myself, as the lettings team was too incompetent to arrange for a bed in time.
My troubles however did not end even after I moved in. Having lots of maintenance issues which have been raised for over a month now, but have all fallen on deaf ears. My Kitchen sink can't handle even a glass of water without backing up due to a broken food waste disposer, that the "Appliance Specialist" of the agency cannot find in the market, even after I sent them a link for the product that was available at my nearest Screwfix.
Please do not trust any of the reviews that have anything more a single star. They are all fake. DO NOT trust this agency at all. As a business, they can't even maintain their own website, so how can you expect them to handle dealing with your property?

We are extremely satisfied from the service provided by Next Home. We rented a flat through them for two years and we didn’t have any issues. Very responsive, caring and friendly team. Big thanks to Shannen that was always ready to help and went extra mile when we needed it the most.

I will definitely be happy to deal with the agency again in future.
