McKenzie homes has been managing my property since 2016 and doing a great job. They are very reliable and honest :)

They are very professional and responsive. Very good to find the right tenants. Always answers the call and come back quickly with the reply. Particularly Nazma & Kashi they both are so good calm and efficient in their work. They always answers with the smiles. I will definately recommend their service.

Very disappointed service. I gave them holding deposit £335 pounds. After one week they didn't give me property and also didn't give me holding deposit back . They did not provide any ducoments for my holding deposit. I went to the agency and called police . When police came they made immediately fake ducoments about not to return my holding deposit. There is no my signature as well as . I prove to the police as well as that was dorzy documents. I will never go any letting agency like Mckenzie homes again in my life .

No one showed up for house viewing, waited for 1hr outside of the property. No one was picking up the call as well or contacted if they can't make it.

Having contact with them for almost 2.5 years!
Was living in a studio flat got from them!
