I could not be happier with Shaun's support and guidance with our first home buying experience!!! Shaun was detailed in providing guidance on how best to position our offer to the seller from documentations to the steps needed. He even stepped in to cover for a colleague (he was great too!) we were initially dealing with and literally took over to make sure things were moving. We are very impressed by the service and quality from the Marshalswick office compared to the rest!

The sale of our house got bogged down thanks to complications further down the chain and, as we had no control over events, the uncertainty of the process was extremely stressful. Happily, having Trudie Cobb at Frost’s in our corner, was incredibly reassuring. She tenaciously pursued the solicitors of our buyer’s buyer, never letting up even when receiving rude and aggressive replies from the solicitor. She maintained the lines of communication when no one else was doing so. She was clearly genuinely committed to getting the sale over the line and her warmth and enthusiasm were terrific.

I'm really pleased with how Frosts have handled the sale of my property, especially the due diligence at the offer stage, which was very thorough. Based on that, the sale proceeded well. Of course, there were the usual delays at the enquiries stage (when is a property transaction ever stress-free?!) but Frosts were effective 'chasers' and always kept me informed, acting as liaison between all the parties. Oh yes, and they're nice people too! I'd totally recommend them.
