Greenstone letting agency is a waste of space. I wouldn't recommend everyone to use this agency. Poor customer service, bad attitude and helpless. We started having issues with the property and they haven't addressed the issues before we moved in. The property was empty for a year, plumbing was blocked, damp was in the bathroom. I called Lysney to issue the damp in the bathroom and she came over. She FaceTime a contracted on her phone and the contracted told her to put a tissue in the extraction fan to see if it's sucking. It did suck the tissue but I still believed in my guts that there is a issue with the extraction fan. I complained and she send a letter out to say if a contractor comes out and says nothing is wrong we will get charged for it. He came out and turned out my guts was right. The tube from the extraction fan to the vent was halfway through and the damp was going onto the wall because it wasn't going directly out to the vent. Plumbing was a issue, they stated in contract the telephone line and Ariel was included. It wasn't I had to get BT out to put a new line in. Cooker door was knackered. I had to complain again. You would want to move into a property with everything in it's order and Greenstone are too busy saving money, drinking tea and coffee and sitting on their bums in their office. Poor service. They've deducted 120 from my deposit for something that wasn't my fault. I've complained and told them that it was the landlords fault. I got my 120 back because the water meter was based on the whole building. It didn't have separate water meter in 4 flats of the whole building. They spoken to me like I was deaf and stupid as I've cochlear implants. That I found very offensive and would prefer someone to treat me as they treat everyone the same. Rant over. If you choose to go with Greenstone, take no rubbish from them and keep pressurizing them if they don't get the job done!

We needed an urgent last minute RICS valuation to be completed after the Friday before we were due to complete on the Monday, we had issues with paying off our help to buy loan. Without this the sale would not have gone through. Cliff got back to me that same evening and then came out the next day! Said he would have the report done and sent to us by Sunday night but actually sent it 24 hours earlier on Saturday night. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you so much for saving the day.
