The team I dealt with in the Ashford branch were excellent from start to finish. I think that Jess and the team did a fantastic job and honestly I could not have had a better service.

I had the privlidge of selling my 2 bed flat with Ben Siggins in Ashford. The manager Chris came out and provided me with a 1st class service and the flat went within a matter of days.

There were quite a few issued raised by the buyer and there solicitors, which were not normally rasise, however Chris took hold of them and worked hard at getting resolved.

This sale was complex and time consuming but that said if it wasn't for the hard work of Chris I have no doubts that either the sale would have fallen through or it would have taken twice as long.

I feel that the level of work and effort put in by Chris was far greater than that of both solicitors put together.

I have found Chris and the Ashford team to be an absoult dream to work with, they were always there and have upto date information about what's going on, even before the solicitors.
