I can't thank Jack and Brandon enough for the help and service they provided throughout the whole process of selling my property. From the moment the property went on the market, to handing over the keys, they were always at the end of the phone answering questions or ensuring the completion went through quickly, smoothly and stress free which I'm extremely grateful for. Started off well enough, invited to view a property I registered interest in. Viewing with Liam went well and had an offer accepted. Agent was a bit pushy on requests for deposit/details but no harm done as the area is competitive and I respect the hustle.

I was then informed that the landlord wanted to change conditions or they would take another prospective tenant. I was not willing to comply as earlier terms were agreed so declined, but again no harm done. I am then advised my holding deposit will be returned as no fault of mine (this had been paid the same day).

2 weeks on and I am still having to chase my deposit, whilst being met with unbothered responses. Seems interest is lost once there is no money to be made.

Hopefully at some point this will be returned to me.

It has been a pleasure to liaise with Jack and Brandon from the Lordship Lane branch for the sale of my flat. All calls and emails were answered very promptly and in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone.
