I can't say enough positive things about the entire McGlashan's team. We hired Andrea and her firm four years ago when we moved to London. From the first time we met, we have been continually impressed with the level of professionalism and care Andrea, Karla and the team have demonstrated in all the work they have done for us. We have hired McGlashan's for a range of services including furniture hire, furniture purchase, interior design, and property management. They have a deep bench of knowledge and experience in all their various lines of business. Furthermore, they are always very responsive, friendly and enjoyable to work with. Andrea holds her entire team to a very high standard of customer service and it shows in all the work that they do.

Andrea McGlashan and her team are a dream to work with. They are responsive, creative and work tirelessly to find, build and decorate your dream home. I am absolutely thrilled to have found them and live in one of their co-creations. After knowing them such a relatively short amount of time, I consider them family.

We live in the US and bought a flat in Marylebone last year. I have renovated several homes and built one, and consider myself a hands-on, detailed person who likes to control the decision making process. Needless to say, doing a long distance renovation as well as decorating a new home was challenging. I am very happy that we discovered McGlashens, who not only worked with us to renovate the flat but also assisted in furnishing it. Their frequent, high quality level of communication made all the difference, as I was able to remain deeply involved in the project from a distance. They sent pictures regularly, especially when it was necessary to make a decision. They hired and directed an excellent contractor, who was also detail-oriented and fastidious. He provided a lot of valuable feedback and made suggestions along the way. He and his subcontractors were all prompt, efficient and proficient. The flat is now done, on time, within budget, and we are more than satisfied. I recommend McGlashens without hesitation.

Had a great experience with this company. They helped myself and my family out with accommodation in London at extremely short notice. Very clean and tidy apartment. Very helpful, very polite, would highly recommend them to anyone travelling to London.

Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received.
I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.
