I lived in London since 2009 and i must say that this is the best experience i had with a letting agency.
They never said no to anything we asked, they always pick up the phone, the maintenance of the property was very quick, and they allow us to stay extra time over our notice period till we found a new flat(only moving from their properties because we had a baby and had to up size otherwise we will still be there).
The provide a very good service(as i said before the best we had so far since we moved in London) and moving in or moving out of their properties is hassle free.
When eventually we will decide to buy a place of our own they will probably be our first option to buy it from.
PS: Sue has been the most helpful and nice woman that you could find in this industry.

I’ve been renting through SLM estate agents in Streatham for 7 years and can honestly say I have always found them to be helpful and courteous. Suzanne in admin will always respond to an email or phone call within an hour and has had the issue resolved as quickly as possible keeping me informed of any tenancy maintenance or any other problem I have had.
