Very happy with the team in Oaks. I used their service to sell my flat and they have been extremely supportive and responsive during the whole process.
They helped me massively in chasing the different parties involved (freeholders, buyer, solicitors etc.) and keeping me updated. I don't think I could have done it without them.

It was a great experience. I found a property I liked on "Rightmove" and asked for more information. Mr Enrico Ricketts, a Senior Lettings Negotiator in Oaks Estate Agents, did my day when I called him. Just imagine that you are a foreigner and know almost nothing about the rental process in the UK, but you have a strict deadline and high requirements. Mr Enrico is who you need. I highly recommend this man and can rate his service as excellent.

We sold our house through the Oaks Streatham branch and have to say that the service was excellent. James, Steven and Kane found us a buyer relatively quickly and negotiated a great price for us. The team were always responsive and helpful throughout the process and kept us fully updated as to progress. I have therefore no hesitation in recommending Oaks Estate agents.

Oakes were the estate agent representing the owner of the property I bought in July 2022 located in Streatham. They were excellent and much better than the estate agent that represented my sale (Barnard Marcus Streatham were useless), Steven at Oaks was always available, professional and always got back to me on the same day which was very helpful during a stressful sale. He offered a lot of guidance and advice when my own estate agent would not return my calls. If I was to sell my propety anytime soon I would have no hesitation to use Oaks or recommend them to another. Estate agents generally do not have a great reputation but I was thoroughly impressed with Oaks.

From start to finish, Oaks were professional and truly engaged with what we, the customer, wanted to achieve. Prompt and always available, never once were we in the dark. The sale took a little longer than hoped (solicitors stuff) but they were superb the whole way through, ensuring we were kept up to date. Highly recommended

The Team at Oaks Estate Agents, Streatham High Road SW16 did their best with utmost care about our predicament and supported us through it all. It was a difficult moment to get reference and ID for Tenancy agreement but for 14 days they held the property for us and ensure they stood between us and the Landlord.
Victoria was in charge of the letting and she was very professional and ensure successful handover of keys despite not being in office, by assigning other team member to complete the process. At the end, it is now history and we have moved in at last.

The second attempt at securing a buyer took a little longer but we secured the sale relatively quickly and painlessly, which we were thankful for.
