When I decided to sell my flat I knew I wanted to used an independent agent since I believe they're motivated beyond just commission and do their very best as their livelihood is at stake. When I first spoke to David a long time before actually selling, I immediately formed a very favourable impression. David stayed in touch until I was ready to sell and then handled the marketing and viewings with great efficiency and courtesy. He is the exactly the pleasant and polite person you would want to have representing you in the marketing of your property, treating prospective purchasers with the same courtesy. Throughout the process David was communicative and helpful. 100% recommended and a pleasure to work with :-)

Having had little success selling our house over several months with a high street estate agent, we got in touch with David at Estate & Agent following a recommendation and were very impressed. Estate and Agent sold our home in Hampton Wick. Exceptional quality of photos and profile, ensuring the listing got the best reach on property portals, and the pictures captured the buyer personas. David also came with a ready made database, which meant from the off, there was interest. During the sale, we ending up with a tricky chain. David was one step ahead at all times, keeping the chain thoroughly updated, and removing bottle necks. Without this attention to detail, it could have fallen through.
