We rented a property in Kingston through CHK and had a fantastic experience throughout. The team were amazing and by far the best estate agents we’ve worked with in London.

They told us mistakenly put offer to negotiate with the landlord to minimise their work without communication with us. Being busy cannot be an excuse for the bad quality of work. Avoid them.

I have recently moved into a flat managed by CHK Mountford and I am very impressed with the level of service I received. Ryan and Jessica were great at completing all the necessary checks/paperwork before moving into the flat, it was quick and easy. Jessica has been amazing at helping me resolve a few minor issues with the flat in a timely manner. I have nothing bad to say - I would definitely recommend!

CHK Mountford have been incredibly helpful and accommodating as we recently have moved into our new flat. There were a few issues within the flat but they were extremely efficient at getting these rectified for us. We recently let our property through CHK. We were after a quick turnaround and Jess and Ryan arranged for our property to come on the market and have tenants move in within a month. We were really impressed by the presentation of the property and arrangements to getting prospective tenants in to view during lockdown. It is early days so we haven’t had to deal with any issues but based on the service to date I’m confident that it will be handled well.
