Great team at this office led by the branch manager Mark, who was very professional from the start of the process of selling my property. Azi Rehman was my sales agent and he was very competent, professional and always responded to my calls and emails. He worked tirelessly to get the sale completed during lockdown. Highly recommend them if you are selling your property. Thank you and all the best.

So...I'm going to view a property, the agent tells me he will send my an application to fill and he will get back to me. He never sent me the application, my husband called him again he promise to send the application. NOTHING!!When i have seen the property I have told him I can pay in advance for 6 months, we both working. Almost 2 weeks my husband called them regarding the property and he said that the landlord is abroad then the landlord is here now and everything is fine. Then today he called and told us that the property has been rented...but they have taken me in consideration...how they take me in consideration when they never sent me the application form???You make me waste my time. Lies...avoid this estate agency by any means! You don't deserve that 1 star just so you know

We had a great experience buying through Brian Cox. Abdi and his team were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend contacting them if you are looking for a property.

I would like to thank Abdi for taking the time to show the new owner of a flat in Roxborough Avenue how to operate various appliances and the general facilities of the block.
Thank you once again.

Had a very good experience of dealing with Brian Cox Central Harrow. Bradley, George and Mark, all very professional and helpful throughout.

The sale took a very long time to go through but that was due to the solicitors acting for the buyer who were quite useless. Apparently they get their recommendations from the mortgage brokers but beware of Beaumont Legal in Wakefield! They have hundreds of bad reviews on Google and I didn't see any point in leaving more. They bring their own profession into disrepute.

Brian cox fabulous estate agents.

Myself and my partner signed up to a few letting agents and i can clearly say hands down brian cox has been the most helpful out of five in the Harrow Borough.

Anil and sam delivered the most professional and attentive service for my family.

Very happy with the service we received.

Highly recommend.

Our experience didn't get off to the best start with Brian Cox. After our offer was accepted we complied with all the requests for checks and provided all documentation within a timely manner. We were informed by the agent that the landlord was not returning calls and they needed her acceptance on the agreement before we could sign. This caused stress as we were due to move in within days and move out of our old place. Without any update, we then heard the day we were due to move in and was rushed into the office (at our inconvenience) to get all documents signed, payments due and get the keys.

As part of our condition to move in was that a Washing Machine be provided and for the flat to be deep cleaned. Following a last minute dash to sign contracts on the day we were due to move in, we were shocked to find that a Washing Machine had not been provided and it was clear the flat had not been deep cleaned and looked even more dirty from the day we had our viewing.

We contacted the landlord in regards to the Washing Machine and was told that it would get ordered and when was best for us to receive the delivery. This was a huge inconvenience to us having to take time off work to have a standard necessity delivered that was part of our offer and should have been provided from day one. It was also disappointing to see the flat had not been deep cleaned and again required us hours of cleaning. When we messaged the agent with our issues, we were told that they were advised by the landlord a deep clean was had when they left the premises (January and this was April) and since then had taken many viewings and had not been cleaned for months, which is more so concerning considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and was clear the agency did not check the standard of the flat before giving us the keys.

We were told by the landlord that we would have 3 sets of keys and a permit for the car park. Upon arrival 2 sets of keys and the permit were provided. Nothing major, but still and inconvenience to us and should have been sorted out for day one. After a couple of days utilising the car park, we were shocked to find the gate closed and we had no way to enter. After a text to the landlord, it appears this was totally forgotten about and were promised it would be dropped to us as soon as possible. Over 2 weeks and still no way of getting back into the car park.

On our third day we decided to start cooking with the new place and having the oven on for 3 minutes, followed by the electric circuit cutting out and causing power loss to our whole kitchen and front room, so this can not be used. After we reported this, we are now on our third week with Brian Cox and no update and no resolutions to all of our issues. This is not the standard of living you expect or need when you rent. I wonder who will pay for all of our takeaways and inconvenience caused to our lives. If we, as tenants, did not comply with the requirements/agreement there would be consequences.

A couple of days after highlighting this to Brian Cox, we received an email to state that they will be responsible for any maintenance of the flat from now on and to contact the maintenance team. One of the options was to leave a review and so that is what i am doing, three weeks in, nothing resolved and no updates….
