After being told a month in advance that we had been accepted as tenants and paying the holding deposit and referencing fees, we were then told two weeks prior to our move in date that it was no longer available without any reason and we would not be getting our reference fee back. STRONGLY advise against Redac Strattons!

Estate agent didn’t check whether or not sharers were allowed and happily took our references (which we had to pay for). We found out weeks before we were meant to move that we weren’t going to be able to get in and were also unable to get our referencing fee back (this amounted to £240)

If you want be treated like animals and fed to a hungry pack of landlords. I recommend their services. If you want honest and actually helpful estate agents. Avoid at all costs. You might as well buy a tent from decathlons. It'll save you the hassle. Trust me.

liars, unprofessional at all unless it comes to the way how they gonna take your money and wave your deposit at the end of your Tenancy.
Those crooks have changed them trading name from jac strattons to radec strattons and i think this is happened after they fall down in a trouble with them legal duties.

We had a great experience with Redac Strattons. They were honest and extremely professional (assessed primarily working with Junko but other interactions at their office was very positive as well). Cannot believe the ratings. Junko made an effort to understand what we were looking for and was in no hurry to sell the immediate product she had but waited for what would work best for us. Eight months down the line we couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Great service. Very friendly staff who promptly answers your doubts and suggests alternatives when the places you were looking at become unavailable. Having just moved into the UK, I was very nervous about the process of renting a property, but gladly ended up with a great consultant (Junko Ohara) who made it very easy.

My agent, Tatsuya Sakai, was very open about which properties would be suitable for me, and arranged several viewings at my earliest convenience. The properties were all as advertised and was a quick process to offer, agree, background check, and move in. The service here felt honest, personal and highly efficient.
