Another agency in London stealing money and doing a poor job. They will never help the tenant and the issues that might arise in the property. If you want peace of mind, do not go with them.

Rolfe East’s staff were invaluable when it came to completing our sale. Anna in particular impressed us with her tenacious efficiency, once calling an elusive and incompetent solicitor every 10 mins until they finally spoke to us. Would definitely use again.

Do not rent with this company!! They are scammers. I rented with them for 4 years paying almost £60,000 in rent over the years always on time and always reported and problems that I had. When I ended the tenancy they tried to charge me over £3000 to repaint the walls, fix flooring etc basically all the things the landlord should be doing at the end of a tenancy as these were issues from before I even started my tenancy. Once I threatened to take it further they dropped all charges. Now the next tenants have left and they are trying to do the same to them. They are a really disgusting company to rent with and the staff turnover is so high they don't even know what is going on. I had someone from the office calling me 6 months after I left asking if they could come and view the property! Stay far away from them.

Altogether a great experience with Ranj and Richard. Having dealt with lots of Letting Agents recently and previously, Ranj and Richard are certainly a cut above. In addition to being helpful and efficient, they kept us regularly informed and genuinely seemed to want to help find a flat for my sons. I have recommended them highly locally and would certainly welcome dealing with them in the future. Thank you both for making this stressful process much more bearable.

Ranj was absolutely brilliant! My boyfriend and I are first time renters and Ranj made the whole process very easy and clear. We finally settle downed. A week passed, and we really like our new home. We are so lucky to meet agent Ranj, during the letting process there are lots of documents need to be prepared, we got so many questions need to be answered.
