After a terrible experience with Winkworth Blackheath and a major issue with disrepair in the property managed by them, not to mention their rudeness, my partner and I thought of enquiring with John Payne as we always met kind and caring agents when doing viewings with them or Acorn. I met Jake, Daniele and Suzzannah from the Lee and Blackheath offices and was very happy with their customer service skills and assistance while we were looking for a new place. They also had an inclusive and non discriminatory attitude which was refreshing after being told by other agencies our dog “was the problem” and that we had to stretch our budget because of that. We found our new home thanks to John Payne and finally found a great place for us and our dog.

Will and Chris did a great job of helping us sell our property. They were friendly and professional from the start and didn't do a hard sell like some estate agents. I really feel they worked hard to get our sale through and would definitely recommend John Payne to others.

I can't say enough good things about Suzzannah and her team, they really are the best estate agents out there. So helpful, kind, friendly, professional and organised. They really listened to what we were looking for, and went out of their way to help us find the right property to rent. They actually cared about helping us, rather than just wanting to make money! Their customer service and general all around loveliness is unmatched and I can't recommend them enough. If I ever need to rent again, I'll be going straight back to them. They're AMAZING.

I bought my flat in SE13 through the John Payne Lee office. Max followed the sale from start to end and he did a great job!
