Ellis & Co Wembley Park Estate & Letting Agents

I approached Ellie and Co. Wembley office for renting a property nearby Preston road.
When I moved in the house, I found the house was not at all in a great shape
1.There were nails and allen keys lying on the floor
2.The carpet was not cleaned
3.The hinges of the cupboards were loose and I had to remove the doors of the cupboards to prevent an accident
4.The Drawers were not cleaned
5.Boiler was not working
6.Microwave was missing
7.Fridge was not working
I expected Ellis and Co. to do these checks before I moved in. I had to take 2 days of leave to clear off this mess and was very disappointed with their service. When I informed the staff of Ellis and Co., they were not ready to accept their mistake. It was projected as if I had done something wrong!!

The worst came when I decided to move out after 6 months due to my commitments. I was told to professionally clean the house before I left. I told them it was not professionally cleaned before I moved in. But the Ellis and Co. staff was adamant and not ready to listen at all. A deduction of 100 pounds was made and deposit was returned to me after one month! The house was in a much better shape than when I moved in. I made sure everything was in absolutely clean before I left. Unnecessarily, 100 pounds was deducted from my deposit and it was not at all fair. It was informed to the landlord that the house was in a terrible shape. I was surprised by his comment when I talked to the landlord. Some of the staff at Ellis and Co. are extremely rude. I do not want to take names here since it would affect the career of that person.

I had an impression that Ellis and Co. staff communicates wrong information to the landlord just for the sake of deducting some amount from the deposit.

Overall extremely unsatisfactory and unprofessional service.

Very unhappy with their services , British gas was verifying the boiler and gave us a letter in September that it s unsafe , the tiles are falling of the wall in the bathroom it's 3 months since then 3 diftent companies came to see nothing more , So Me and my 18 months little girl have to live in totally unsafe house .
I don't wanna say nothing about how clean was the property when we rented it .
Companys like this do not deserve to be on market .

I have recently dealt with Ellis&Co Wembly Park branch for my flat purchase in Wembly. In particular Kiran Sattar was the agent dealing with the sale. Kiran is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable agent. During the process she was very helpful and her response was always accurate and prompt. She was always available to answer all my queries and was excellent in providing effective communication between myself and the sellers. I believe she deserves a 5 star rating for the excellent service provided. I totally recommend Ellis&Co for anyone willing to buy in Wembly area. Thank you Kiran.

This is estate shop has recently appointed new branch manager and it has improved customer service to a great standards.

Very knowledgeable staff with professional and friendly approach, explaining their services in details of end to end process of purchasing and lettings of properties in Wembley area. Additional to the property details they could also advise on local leisure and work opportunities in the area.

This is the most unprofessional organisation I have ever dealt with! staff are inexperienced and provide incorrect information.
Ravi and Deepak Metha Marla are completely dishonest individuals.
As a landlord I would NEVER entrust these people with your properties under any circumstances. I have a horrid email from Deepak Metha Marla who cant even respond to a simple email in a professional manner, which is probably why his company is so shambolic in dealing with any complaints addressed.
in short they referred a company to me to let my property.
They knowingly referred a high risk tenant to me.
They did not provide me with the correct tenancy agreement, which should have been commercial. They held the deposit in the wrong scheme.
The response and correspondence that Deepak from Ellis and Co has sent me has been disgraceful. I will certainly be contacting The Property Ombudsman.

Kiran Sattar was a fantastic agent - always very helpful, knowledgeable and proactive, and managed to make the most of a difficult market. We had a really great experience with Ellis and Co because of her and would recommend others ask for her. Thanks so much Kiran, definitely 5 stars!
