From the very first phone call with Andrew, right through to completion, the team were absolutely brilliant. Andrew took real interest in our challenging situation as joint-executors for the estate of a friend and was very empathetic. The sale was achieved quickly and with minimal fuss. Our solicitors were pretty incompetent but RJ and their excellent Sales Progression team kept them on their toes and got it over the line. Although this time our flat purchase was slower than we expected (no fault of Robinson Jackson) we received regular email updates. I would say from start to finish my experience has been outstanding, way beyond expectations. From initial viewings to finding and securing the best property, we have been guided and supported by a team of experts. Of particular importance was the actual settlement process between the seller and (us) buyer. Sam was tenacious and resilient, chasing down every document, following up email queries with lightning speed, providing excellent advice and counsel on various issues. We asked for a specific settlement date at the start (and though advised by family and friends this could only ever be at best a tenuous date), and Sam moved mountains in order to deliver on that exact date. We are beyond appreciative for her attention to detail, the fast responses, overcoming obstacles all whilst being an absolute delight and joy to work with. Brilliant, just brilliant experience. My Mum had been in her property for over 50 years so it was all very daunting for her. Andy was so helpful in explaining the process to her, his experience and knowledge was reassuring. There were a few bumps along the way, but Andy's advice was spot on. The progression team, Sam in particular, were fantastic. We had regular updates and nothing was too much trouble.
