Middleton Estates Steyning

Middleton Estates were fantastic when selling our house. Both Steve & Drew were friendly, professional & conscientious. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Stephanie was great at chasing along the way to keep the chain moving. Everything went smoothly & I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a house in Steyning through Middleton Estates over the summer of 2019. The entire process was handled extremely well and professionally throughout. Drew Curd was my point of contact and although I was the buyer, I felt the service provided to me was tailored and any queries or information I needed was dealt with excellently. On the date of completion, there was a problem with the money transfer (not caused by Middleton Estates) and Drew and the team worked tirelessly to resolve it which was above and beyond their service. Fantastic company, brilliant team. Highly recommended.

Steve has been very helpful in the search for a house for us and was very informative in the chain when we did find a house we wanted to buy. Even though we didn't buy through Middletons the service Steve provided us was great. I would definitely recommend getting in touch with him should you want to sell your property. All round great estate agents to work with.

Middleton Estates have been great to work with. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional, but Taylor and Steve who we spent the most time with in person deserve a special mention for their kind and helpful manner from our property search through to making an offer. Stephanie was absolutely amazing and helped us complete on time. We couldn’t have been without her. All in all buying our new home has been an enjoyable experience, including the excellent solicitors at Cavendish Legal Group who they recommend. Thank you so much to the entire team.

In early 2020 my wife and I tried to purchase a property through Middleton Estate agents in Steyning and I am relieved to say it fell through.

At the time, our agent, Steve Carter (who I believe no longer works there) was not only unprofessional and disingenuous he completely lied to us throughout the entire process.

Whilst we were navigating our way through the transaction, Steve barely answered his phone, claimed his emails were not working and denied ever receiving information from our solicitors. A couple of weeks later my wife and I were gazumped on the property we loved which was then followed by persistent emails and calls asking us to up our bid (which we refused to do).

The whole experience was an utter shambles and I would never use this company again. The MD of the Steyning branch had the kindness to call us weeks later to apologise which was nice but the damage was done.

I'd avoid these guys at all costs.
