I wish there were fewer stars than one. The service provided by Chase Residential was appalling. I was only able to see the property from a video viewing, as I was living very far away. The video showed a decent property. When I arrived, the flat was unlivable. Floor to ceiling mold, many things broken, smoke alarm without a battery, damp, insects, etc. I arrived in the evening, so I stayed one night and left in the morning. I got my deposit and rent back because the landlord and agency had no reasonable defense for the state of the property. However, I requested compensation for the enormous imposition of having to find a new flat at a moments notice, having to place all my belongings in storage and having to miss work to find a place. Chase Residential did all they could to avoid answering and behaved without a shred of integrity. They were culpable because they rented the place to me but were evasive and unprofessional by not accepting any responsibility. It is disappointing that such an establishment exists. I received no compensation.

Chase residential cleaned up my flat and posted ads in a very timely manner and found tenants over one weekend. Very responsive and quick!

Professional services received from Tom and his team. They've been extremely helpful and reassuring with the entire rental process, while being proactive and efficient in resolving arising matters related to a recent move. Great working with them. Cheers!
