This is the best estate agents. We've been dealing with them for nearly two years on and off with our rental and for house viewings with the intention to buy, and we have been fussy, but every visit has been fantastic. They've all been very professional, always happy to help and we've always been, and felt, welcomed and treated with respect every step of the way. The staff are amazing, kind and friendly and have always welcomed us with a smile. I would certainly recommend them and will continue to use them in future. Thank you all at Venture, Crook.

I never wanted to sell my dream house. That quintessential English cottage with roses round the door. That was it!! Perfect location in a small and quiet hamlet, far off the beaten track. Having bought it through Venture five years ago, I knew that they really did look after all parties in the transaction. When I had bought it through them I felt as important as their client for whom they were selling. Therefore, when I reluctantly had to sell, it was only Venture I would entrust with the property. Not only was it important to ensure that the property was presented in the most appropriate way and effectively marketed but I knew that I could trust Angela and her team with absolutely everything. I will always miss my place in the country and I will always be grateful to Angela and her team.

We recently bought a property through Venture Properties, Crook branch and they were brilliant throughout the 3 month process. We had virtually zero Communication's with our useless law firm and 99% of our info was with the very Professional Angela Banks who was always at hand to chase everybody up and answer our silly questions. I can honestly say there wasn't a time when Angela didn't return an E-mail or call within the hour. That's incredible 1st class service and we were the buyer's and not the seller. Venture was our sellers agent and if I was to do it all again I would use Venture Crook myself. Their communication was second to none and I always felt like they had time for us. We mainly dealt with Angela, who was fantastic. From start to finish Venture at Crook and Darlington (Angela & Carl respectively) were the epitome of professionalism, efficiency and provided second to non customer service. Our buyer had a particularly difficult conveyancing team which caused us all, both at Venture and our conveyancing team, huge problems. However Venture stepped up to the plate and dealt with the situation calmly, and always had our interest at heart....they REALLY looked after us.
Their marketing is superb, extremely good quality and I would highly recommend their platinum package.
