Cannot recommend Alexander Greens enough! The property itself is beautiful and the team was an absolute GEM. Lewis, Kaly and Nabila have been a delight to work with and really went the extra mile with any issues or questions I had. Response times were amazing too! I was given a cute move in kit from the team as well :') Amazing service!

Lack of communication at maximum. We got in a house which was as the previous tenant left it, not in a good state. Dirty carpets, stained walls, cupboards and windows, a lot of dust under beds etc. Before we move in we got told the house will be cleaned but it turned out that they didn’t. We kindly tried to ask for a professional cleaning service which we never made to get. In the end after leaving the house- despite our efforts to keep the property as clean as possible- they had an excessive checkout fee that was reduced from the deposit. This was no where mentioned. Staff came for the annual check up couple days ago and we happily agreed that the house was in an excellent condition.
Rude, not helpful and very (!) unprofessional team when problems arise. Treat you with absolute no respect and they forget they used to be students at some point as well.
Been involved with agencies for years now, never had a single problem neither from my nor their behalf. Me and my other two housemates tried to be correct with payments or any other issue so no excuse justifies their behavior.

AG are responsive, reasonable, and quite minimal in terms of hassle. They usually deal with problems and requests promptly. Helpfully, they communicate the information you need to know clearly, and the cleaners and maintenance workers who visit the properties do their work to a high standard and are friendly :)

After having been with a number of different estate agents within Cambridge, Alexander Greens were the best of the bunch. Good to respond, relatively easy going and I stayed as a tenant with them for almost 9 years to no outright complaint.

They're not perfect but no estate agent ever are, I would recommend them over their competitors.

Overall positive experience. They refuse to fix any issues such as broken bed slate. However it is mentioned in the contract that it is tenant’s responsibility. They refunded full deposit within a day which was impressive. Just need to clean the property l, as you found it when you mover in and make sure there are no damages :)

This Christmas give yourselves the gift of peace of mind and do not rent with them. If you have already made this mistake my thoughts and prayers are with you. Renting with them will feel like a long winter filled with impoliteness and refusals to meet contractual obligations, and the winter’s parting gift is always deposit deductions. Keep your faith, spring is coming xxx

Professional service and overall positive experience. I had a couple of repair delays during the rental period (almost 3.5 years), but nothing major to complain about. My deposit was returned reasonably quickly as well.

The worst agency !!!!!! Please avoid them!!!!!!!! They only care about the money , but not their tenants .
Houses are really bad maintained . You pay lots of rent for what you get !! Every year they put the rent up!!! They charge for everything!!!
Recently in our house we haven’t had hot water for a week!!!! and they don’t sort anything . Only excuses .
