I have been using Cross and Co services for a number of years as agents to manage my properties and have always found them to be very professional in their approach to lettings. Being able to approach the same person when dealing with matters is a great advantage to me. I have found their vetting process to be very thorough, with property inspections on a regular basis, unlike other Companies that I have had dealings with. All in all a very personable and competent company.

We found ourselves in a predicament in 2016, when our landlord informed us that he was selling the house we rented from him. We approached Cross & Co, and met Lee at a property we liked the look of. Lee put us at ease straight away and helped us through the process of renting a new property. We've been with Cross & Co since, and have nothing but praise for the way that they go above and beyond, to rectify any issue. Their manner and attitude is brilliant 👍👪😁
