Curchods Walton on Thames Sales

We recently used Curchods to sell our property in Walton and would happily recommend them. They know the local market incredibly well and are a friendly and efficient team. Marc who handled our sale was a star and really went the extra mile in dealing with some very inefficient solicitors. I'm not sure that our sale would have gone through without his constant checking in on everyone in the chain. He was always a pleasure to deal with too, even when things got stressful! Marc was extremely helpful in trying to find us a place. We asked lots of questions and requested multiple viewings of which he happily obliged and was very patient with us. He was our favourite estate agent and we felt very comfortable with him. It was just a shame that the house we found was not sold by Curchods

We bought our forever home with Curchods and they have been amazing. Penny went above and beyond to facilitate conversations with the seller, solicitors and everyone else involved, she was proactive in moving the transaction forward, yet patient and understanding. She even came to feed the pond fish when the property was empty prior to completion!

Curchods have just completed the sale of my late mother's house. I was impressed with the helpful and very prompt responses to all my queries - it was the first time I'd sold a house: that, and doing so as an executor but at the same time it was the house I grew up in, was all quite daunting and my queries were many and probably many of them were quite dumb... Curchods made things as comfortable as possible and there was never any sense that they thought I was asking too many or stupid questions. Also, with me living a long way away from the house, Curchods were willing to make several visits to the house when needed and when I wasn't there. I felt the advice I received all along was sound, and I'm very pleased with the end result. So, overall definitely a very good service. Would like to thank Stuart Armstrong at the Walton office for pulling the deals through. We had very poor advice and service from the solicitors, but Stuart stayed calm and persevered! After 4 months of hassle we finally exchanged. Stuart is an excellent communicator and negotiator, and I can highly recommend him. All the staff at the Walton branch are fab. Michelle at Curchods was absolutely amazing at getting us to a point of exchange and completion. The communication was excellent, we never once felt that we weren't completely updated on what can be quite a stressful time.
