They help build great relationship with our landlord, who’s also the best landlord, which makes us feel really welcomed at the property we are renting. It’s not just all about the money/rent. Fantastic service by staff, all very knowledgeable and friendly. All advice I was given was honest, realistic and fair meaning I achieved a great price for my house in a very short time. Highly recommended. I approached Benburys to rent a house for my family of five persons. We were helped by Sophie who made sure to look out for all tenant interests although representing the landlord. After finishing the term vacating the property and all related formalities were pretty straightforward due to Benburys Agent - Sophie.
