The process of buying and selling a house is extremely stressful but Greenaway were brilliant in reducing that stress by keeping you updated on the progress with the sale/purchase, and were excellent at communicating with the solicitors, buyers and other agents in the chain. Simon was very professional, clear with the information and was able to do it same day for me. I was very impressed and decided to let Greenaway do the letting for me. Literally by the next day, it was done and off the market again with a tenant ready to move in asap! I was kept up to date regularly with emails and Emma helped me with the paperwork.
