Highly recommend!!! The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. We were lucky to work with one of heir best agents - Anna Smith! Anna Smith is very professional, experienced and helpful.
Selling our house was a long and difficult journey and I am sure that we could not have done it without her. Anna was very professional, super quick in responding to any questions/queries (many times bout of working hours and even late evening hours) and the most dedicated agent I have ever met/heard about! There was never a silly question for her and every single quiry she deat with lots of patience and professionalism.

From start to finish Anna was a superstar. Highly recommend Anna from David Lee for selling anyones home. She had a big task on her hands with what we requested and she pulled it off without hesitation. We tasked Anna with selling 2 properties for us and gave her a time frame of 2 weeks to get accepted offers. Not only did she smash this by getting over asking price on both properties, one was sold on the first day of being advertised and the second only a few days later!! Nothing is ever too much trouble for Anna, she will respond to you whenever you need her to even out of working hours when she really ought to be having a rest! We were given weekly updates on the progress of our sales by her and her lovely P.A Rachael- who I might add also came to meet me out of working hours to collect some keys. Anna is always smiling and upbeat on the phone and remains positive and supportive throughout the very stressful time of selling your home. From start to finish I can not fault the service and will continue to recommend her services to anyone I come across who wishes to sell their home. Thank you Anna and Rachael for everything!!

We approached Anna to help us sell our house due to there being no positive movement on it through another agent. Right from the off she was extremely helpful and friendly and gave me her honest and best advice. She found us a buyer before the house even went up on the market and throughout the whole process she was in constant communication with us and looked out for our interests.

I cannot recommend Anna, and her assistant, Rachel highly enough. All estate agents are not the same. Anna provides a very personal service and her communication skills are fantastic. I think that if you buy or sell with her help, you will find that she will be brilliant. You certainly will not feel like a number on a target board, and she is extremely knowledgeable about the area, the amenities and the property.

If after your head wobble, you decide to not change your mind, several weeks later you probably will. I speak from experience.

I am very thankful for Anna and Rachels help, and we have now moved into a lovely house, with minimal fuss in the process.
