I have used Northwood to rent my property out following on from recommendation from family and friends.

I was selling my flat and as it was my first time, I went to a couple of local estate agents for guidance etc. I chose Northwood, as they were a smaller agent and I felt Ben Pugh was more personable. He made me feel he would do what he could to make the process as quick and easy as possible for me. Having no previous experience in selling a property, I had to have trust in my estate agent. My instincts were correct, because within the first week, I had 4 offers. Ben was on hand to help me through the whole selling experience, for which I was extremely grateful. On occasion it wasn't easy, and Ben was there to explain it all in simple terms. Even if Ben was out of the office, his colleagues were helpful and very professional. I used Northwood for selling a property that was previously used as a rental property. Ben (the salesman) did a great job of following up with the conveyancers to help the sale along - when the solicitors were not communicating effectively.

BE VERY AWARE!! I've been a long-term tenant of TEN YEARS. Couldn't get Northwood to do quite serious repairs. Was kindly given a Section 21 to leave 13 day's before Christmas. Once health and safety involvement. Even the Landords where unaware of bad disrepair leaving their property with a CAT A Health hazard as Northwood couldn't be bothered to inform the owners. We met with a few estate agents to ask for advice on selling our property. We went with Northwood because we felt they had better knowledge of the market and we are so glad we did. The process was seamless and quick. We had several offers the first day the property was on the market and they managed to achieve a whopping £40,000 over what another well known local estate agent valued the property at. I would definitely recommend Northwood's fantastic team.

Ben and his colleagues at Northwood were brilliant in making the move possible for me in a short space of time. As it was the Christmas and New Year festive break many of the organisations they needed to deal with were closed, but they worked around that well, and eased my stresses regarding whether the move would happen on time. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to relocate in the Crawley and Horley area.
