I just completed on a property purchase through Mariana Real Estate and have nothing but compliments for this company. The whole process has been very smooth and transparent. Both Sacha and Jelena have been very responsive and helpful throughout, making sure all questions were addressed, often reaching out to both side's solicitors to ensure nothing was holding the process. Me and 2 friends have been renting a property with Mariana Real Estate for just under two years and have been really impressed with the overall experience.

They were highly professional when taking us around the property in March 2018, with a backlog of details on the property which really impressed us and the property met all of our expectations.

I have been a tenant in one of the properties from Mariana Real Estate for the past two years in London. I rarely write reviews but my experience over the last two years compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion to have received this kind and level of service, especially in London, which I have never received from any other agency in London in 8 years of tenancies.
The support, professionalism and responsiveness that I received over the last two years has been outstanding, to a level that if I will ever go back to London I would only rent again from Mariana Real Estate.

Rented a property under Mariana for nearly 3 years and they managed the property for the landlord. Were always prompt to deal with any issues we raised and Jelena, Rasa, Sacha were a pleasure to deal with. End-of-tenancy process was swift and unobtrusive, a stark difference to past experiences with other agencies. Can happily recommend.

Moving to London during a global pandemic was challenging, but Jelena, Rasa and the team at Mariana Real Estate made things more bearable. From the video tour that they gave us of the apartment, to the pack of toilet paper in the closet (you remember TP was a top commodity in the early pandemic days?!), to the fast responses to our questions during our tenancy, we felt that we had a letting agency we could rely on. The process of moving out was also handled smoothly and our deposit refunded in a timely manner. I am happy to recommend Mariana Real Estate as a property management company based on our personal experience.

I have been a tenant at a Mariana Real State property and the experience has been very good. Every time we needed help from them, their response was very fast and solving the problem effectively. In addition to being great professionals, they show a human side that is not so common in the real estate business. For personal reasons we had to modify the contract and both, they and the landlord, understood the situation perfectly and did everything on their part so that both parties were satisfied.
