Don't rent through them, just don't. The prospecting process went wonderfully and smooth. After we signed the lease and moved in, things continually got worse. The house was not in nearly as good shape as they made it out to be; there were several issues with it (all of which they tried to claim against our deposit at the end) . We called and emailed several times about our water heater not working and a leaky pipe downstairs. It took 3 months for them to answer us. By then, we received our electricity bill and it was 3 times what it should have been due to the leaks. We contacted them several times about this as well but they just kept saying they'd forward on to the manager. When it was time for us to leave, instead of just telling us the house needed to be re-cleaned, he just charged us for several unnecessary things (3 pounds to wipe down each windowsill!) we fought for another 2 months before we came to an agreement on that. I don't know if it was just us or not, but it was by far the worst letting experience I've ever had.

I have had the pleasure to work alongside BASElets as a contractor. One of the most organised and efficient customers I have worked with. Always met with a smile and human touch they bring a warmth to what can be a very cold industry. Cher, Dale and the team will always go out their way to meet your needs and make sure you have a happy tenancy wether you are a Landlord or Tenant.

Absolutely the worst letting agency I have ever used. Honestly thier only appeal was the fact that they could pick us up from TLF. Other than that i regret using them. When our water heater went on the fritz it took over 3 weeks for them to resolve the situation, but when they need anything such as a property visit or a showing of the property ready yourself for a barrage of emails, phonecalls and texts. I can go on and on with the complaints i had with them. To my fellow servicemen do yourself a favor and shop around. If i wasnt so stubborn I would have listened to my co workers upon arrival.

They tend to be in charge of most of the housing assistance that the military members in the area required and so they tend to have reasonable prices and rather well organised.

very professional company, easy and quick communication; the staff is very helpful, respectful and do indeed care about their clients! The houses are great and if any issues arise they respond very quickly. Would highly recommend!

Great people and service. Houses are good as well. Certain houses are 110v along with 220v. Make sure you look around first, there are better houses out there!

Used them as a letting agent for years when they first started. When they were a small business the service was great and professional. Since they have expanded over the years the quality of service has declined over the years. After they let a tenant do a final check out with my property unsecured with the patio door open overnight I termination my contract.
