The most professional family run business. They have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I have sold & purchased a couple of properties this year however this was the first time I had used Richard Greener’s.
Wow what a difference they make. They set an example for how other agents should be. The years of experience the agent has pays off & you can tell all of the team have this behind them. Both Richard & Nick go above & beyond. My parents are also purchasing through them… we can’t say enough positive things about them. Don’t look elsewhere - List or purchase via Richard Greener’s because they will take the stress out of unnecessary situations.

I recommend you to avoid this company, I visited a house that was put up for sale with the price of 264k, after I made the offer and did the survey I found out that the agency overvalued the house by 14k more than the value of the house, I sent the evaluation answer , I agreed with the owner on the market price, after which the agency called me to inform me to start the process, I started the process and because of the agency's fault that it did not intervene on time, I lost this house. A few days ago I saw that they put another house up for sale which is still overvalued by 15k, I called the agency to make an offer to the owner at the market price but I received a short answer” I will not send this offer to the vendors because it seems too low” 🤔, I think that any offer should be sent to the owner so that he can choose whether to sell it at the real market price or at an imaginary price according to this agency that doesn't even evaluate the houses correctly, but not just the offers that seem the best to you good for you.It seems absurd to me to keep some managers and surveyors at work who do not know how to do the job correctly.

Bought a property from Richard Greener, very easy to deal with and the purchase of the house was smooth with no issues at all. The team is friendly and happy to help with any queries we had.
