What a great team!! This is my second time using Cubitt & West (Southwater) for my sale/purchase. I cannot recommend them enough. They have managed to find me a buyer in 2 days and with an amazing offer as well. After they found us a buyer, they made sure things were moving smoothly and we were receiving updates frequently without having to follow up. Leanne and her team have been brilliant with the sell of our house. Our house was sold within 5 days of being on the market at an incredible price. What a great team Leanne and Julie are in the Southwater branch. I have used Cubitt before for selling and buying but I’m new to Leanne and she has been so welcoming and kind in a tricky situation . Over the last couple of months, we have had the sad task of selling my late Father's home.
