Abbie handled the purchase for our first home and from the start she was so helpful in everything from explaining the steps involved, accommodating any requests we had made and keeping us promptly up to date with any developments. I have been with a number of estate agents and pinewood are by far the best. They have really clear processes and are incredibly professional. Anytime I have issue it's dealt with within the week. Everyone is friendly. When they explained all the methods they do things I had no doubt that I would be treated fairly and the place I would be renting would be up to a high standard.
