Very dissapointed with them.I always paid rent in time and all bills up to date.After 6 months when I decided to leave they charged me with 30 pounds from deposit for a problem that wasn't from the property i lived in.After few days we made check out inventory she send me a picture with a bathroom wall from another apartment from same building saing I have to pay for repairs.
They are very tricky and always argueing when they have so dolce problems at the property.It took them 3 months to repair the hear and 3 weeks to replace a broken fridge freezer.
Avoid them if you have alternative.

Very disorganized, managed to send them all the things the asked for when i moved out, and i am still wainting for them to respond, 4 months have passed and since i moved and nothing. I wonder if i wll get my deposit back. Avoid at all costs.

Poor. They will not offer international students accommodation. Some of these students are richer than all your shareholders put together

Disgusting the ways the way they treat them clients, i never would recommend this agency for anybody. Shame on them. Be aware they steal money by contra charging you for problems which not relate you.
