Can't praise Dales and Peaks enough. They have now sold our 3rd property, all for asking price and within 8 weeks of listing. The office is extremely efficient and they always come back to you! In my opinion they have to be the best agent around. Thank you to all the team at Dales&Peaks.

Had a property offer accepted and received a letter saying offer had been accepted. Apparently we failed ID checks giving them passports and driving licenses. So they were trying to find out why and started asking us for bank statements from 2 years ago which was weird. We paid for solicitors and mortgage advisor and then we was informed that viewing went ahead and some else purchased the house that was a cash buyer and we wasn't informed until next day. Very very poor

We have now sold several houses through Dales and Peaks and cannot recommend them enough, they are very professional in what they do, easy to speak to and follow things up with all parties
