We bought our current house through Home of Thorpe bay, we had been looking for a house in the area for some time and through the proactive approach of Ricky and his team we secured a house which was exactly what we had hoped for. Ricky and his team really know the local market and what their clients expectations are and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We used Home on a sole agent basis to sell our property at the beginning of the year and we could not be happier with their professionalism. All of the staff are personable, friendly and seemed genuinely invested in selling our home for us with as little upheaval as possible. With a young family and a ginormous bouncy dog, preparing for viewings was quite a task but Kian, Scott and Ricky were very careful to ensure that they were arranged for times that were suitable for both us and prospective buyers, and were respectful of the fact that we needed as much notice as possible. All of the properties that we viewed through Home were clean, tidy and appropriate for our needs. We would highly recommend Home Thorpe Bay to friends and family.

Myself and my family have sold and purchased numerous properties through Home Thorpe Bay with glowing reviews.. until now. A change in the branch team has resulted in a parallel experience. Where to begin, the listing had numerous errors when going live ( which took 2 further amendments to be accurate and correct) followed by poor images of the house. I am a true believer a listing has ‘1 shot’ to draw buyers in. After further consideration I have now taken the property off the market with Home and this was the final straw. Upon collecting my keys I returned Home with HOMES office keys and not my own. Sorry to say a true advocate for the brand is going elsewhere.
