My experience of buying our family home listed with Robert Leech was fantastic from start to finish.

On viewing, we were given the time & space we needed, without feeling rushed.
I was mostly dealing with Emma West in the Reigate office, and I cannot fault her professionalism and responsiveness to the needs of the sale process. She was always available on the phone to guide us through the process. When we had the inevitable conveyancing issues, Emma was on hand to drop kick the sale over the line to meet buyers and vendors expectations. It was a pleasure celebrating with the team when I came to collect keys to my new home!

Emma West was a joy as our Robert Leech agent. She was the agent who sold us the property (nine years ago) and when she was put back on to sell it for us, we knew we were in safe hands. She is the antithesis of the archetypal agent and for us, that's a good thing. She took the time to get to know us, really understood our motives for moving and the work we'd done on our home in the intervening period. That meant she was able to represent us well. Her communication was excellent, we always felt in the loop and we knew that she was working hard for us. Her candour and advice was first class.

Emma and Andrew were exemplary in every way not only selling our house once, but twice (after first offer accepted fell through) and on just TWO open days with multiple offers made on each open day and for sums very much in excess of our expectations. They ensured that the parties that viewed were all excellent candidates that would be likely to meet our own expectations and able to conclude the entire process and time frames needed. Once offers accepted they monitored the entire process applying all the necessary pressure and maintaining all necessary communication to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Highly recommend !
