During selling a lease hold property the costs were inflated and both Elmbirch and their solicitors were incredibly slow to the extent that my buyer pulled out.

Elmbirch Properties employ RMG Ltd (look them up) in order to 'maintain' & manage some of their properties who then in turn completely rip off the leaseholders in the most unscrupulous ways. It should be illegal and hopefully will be soon.
