Brad had our property on the market within hours of his visit. He set up a WhatsApp group with him and his colleagues to arrange viewings and then called us to discuss feedback and offers.
Amanda saw us through the sales progession and was on hand with reassurance when needed.

We’ve just purchased our first home through Urban and Rural Dunstable. They were extremely helpful, professional and very personable from the first viewing to collecting our keys! Brad was extremely helpful throughout our process and always checked in on us. We also received a lovely welcome home package when picking up our keys - which was a lovely personal touch! They made buying our first house a very pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend their services to anyone buying in Dunstable!

I would highly recommend Urban and Rural Dunstable. Everyone we dealt with were fantastic from start to finish and I have nothing but praise for them all.

Darren came to do our initial valuation and was brilliant. Having never sold a house before, I had lots of questions, but he was very honest and clear about how it works and the costs. There was no pressure to make a decision there and then either.

We also dealt with Lily often, especially as she was the agent who sold our house for us. She was very easy to contact and responded to all our queries quickly.

Darren then helped with negotiations for our onward purchase and was brilliant. He definitely did a much better job than we could have on our own, and we feel like he saved us a significant amount of money.

All in all, Urban & Rural were great and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.
